I made this short list of historical anniversaries of authors and works related to economics that we'll celebrate in 2023. No purpose intended, just for fun. Of course, it is far from complete.
Starting with the most important date: the 300th anniversary of Adam Smith's birth.
It's also 300 years since Adam Ferguson was born.
The 300 years of the birth of Paul Heinrich Dietrich von Holbach (Baron d'Holbach).
The 300 years of the birth of Dr. Richard Price.
The 300 years of the birth of Pedro Rodríguez de Campomanes.
The 300th anniversary of the death of Bishop William Fleetwood.
The 300 years of the second edition of The Fable of the Bees: Or private vices, publick benefits, by Bernard Mandeville.

The 250 years of the birth of James Mill.

In the second half of the 19th century, the number of authors and books multiplied. I mention just a few anniversaries that seems to be the most important dates:
The 150th anniversary of the death of John Stuart Mill.
The 150 years since the publication of Lombard Street: A description of the money market, by Walter Bagehot.
The 150 years since the creation of the Verein für Socialpolitik.
Now, going back to the 17th century, there are other commemorative dates that deserve to be recorded, starting with the 400th anniversary of the birth of William Petty.
The 400th anniversary of the birth of Thomas Papillon and the 400th anniversary of the death of Leonardo Lessius.
The 400th anniversary of the publication of Edward Misselden's The Circle of Commerce.
The 400th anniversary of the publication of The Center of the Circle of Commerce, by Gerard de Malynes.
And, finally, the 350th anniversary of the publication of De officio hominis et civil juxta legem naturalem, by Samuel Pufendorf.
